Emotional is not the word. This wedding was filled with laughter, happy tears and a magical air of happiness. Some weddings you are treated like part of the family from the moment you meet them and this was no exception. The morning we arrived we stepped into Maria’s newly decorated house, that she had completed just in time for the wedding video and photos. Love this! Everyone was so friendly and after a lovely cuppa and filming her jewellery we really got to know her lovely mum and a few of her bridesmaids over Maria having her hair and makeup done. There were a few tears as Maria’s brothers couldn’t be there due to being deployed on tour in the Army, which was naturally upsetting for the family but never fear Shane had organised the next best thing as surprise when Maria was walking down the aisle. Two cardboard cut outs of her brothers waiting at the top of aisle. Her face told a thousand stories. We loved filming this Wedding Video at Solent Hotel & Spa, Fareham, Hampshire. It was so relaxed, joyful and charming. The ceremony took place in the grand suite at the Solent Hotel with a dazzling fairly light backdrop, there were tons of smiles all around and few secret wiping of the tears.. After the ceremony the happy couple went for a little walk, with the cameras of course, into the gardens, amongst the impressive pine trees, were we managed to really capture their love for one another, standing face to face, looking into each others eyes and really telling their story for us, it was obvious they were destined soulmates and true best friends.
By the time the end of the night came, everyone had shed some happy tears, giggled their hearts out, danced their socks off and had truly celebrated with this wonderful couple and we truly wish them a lifetime of happiness.
