What can I say about this beautiful Farmyard Wedding Video at Almshoebury Farm in Hitchin.
Heather & Ben, where the most laid back fun loving giggly pair we've filmed in a while and we absolutely loved them. The whole day was like no other, from the boho dress to the teepee filled with the most beautiful decorations. It really was a boho wedding we won't forget.
The day started filming Heather's amazing dress at her family home in a little rural village. The dress was bohemian to the core and totally unusual, which for us was such a nice surprise. Teamed with the most lovely pair of mocha shoes, her grandfathers gold St Christopher and the most lavish Flower crown of white roses and greenery, this bride really glowed.
Across town at the Hotel, Ben and his groomsmen were a little more nervous as they prepared for his big day. Suits on, shaking hands, the boys were ready to head to the church.
The little church set back off of a stunning green was the setting for the fun ceremony where laughter was not far away as Ben & Heather read their vows to one another with a nervous giggle. The packed church was a display of beaming faces as this lovely pair said their I do's.
After the ceremony we all headed onto Almshoebury farm, where a huge Teepee stood tall, flourished with tin buckets full of beers, old suitcases cascading with flowers and a beautiful old door garnishing the table plan. Inside the decorations didn't stop, long wooden benches with jam jars of flowers, draping greenery and candles, giant white balloons lining the dance floor and two delightful wicker thrones for the bride & Groom. My kind of wedding!
The evening continued with a huge BBQ fit for a King, an unlimited pizza oven and an unlimited ice cream van not to forget to mention the piled high table of homemade cakes & sweets. Delicious!. Even the favours were homemade jams.
All in all, this wedding will stay with us, it was true pleasure to film such a beautifully thought out and unique occasion and with such a lovely couple. We wish them all the best for their future.
