George & Fernanda's Wedding Film at Pylewell Park

“You are what I couldn’t find, a totally amazing mind, so understanding and kind, you are everything to me. Since I met you, life has been somehow more than it was before, more full of love, more full of life, more full of dreams and plans, and I love it.” - Fernanda

George and Fernanda met in 2015, when Fernanda happened to be in Georges English class. After some classroom flirting and blissful dates over the typical rainy English summer Fernanda extended her stay for a few months, vowing that it was because she wanted to see more of London. After Fernanda left London later that year to go back to Brazil, the couple made the decision to start a long-distance relationship knowing how hard yet rewarding it would be. Seven years later, and many airmiles travelled this couple are here tying the knot, committing their lives to one another, proving that love defies all distance.

West Sussex wedding videographers, Ground Films captured George and Fernanda’s 3rd wedding at the stunning Pylewell Park, Hampshire in September 2023. Having already had 2 civil ceremonies, one being in Fernanda’s home country of Brazil, this couple were all about making this, their third wedding celebration, a relaxed and intimate celebration.

Fernanda having already had experienced the wedding preparations in Brazil was really calm knowing exactly what the morning would consist of. Award winning wedding videographers, Ground Films filmed as her hair was effortlessly crafted into a soft updo, with curls framing her soft glam makeup with a subtle Smokey eye. Wedding videographers captured Fernanda being helped into her stunning a-line dress by her mother, the look was completed by a stunning lace overlay and a fresh floral hair piece. George got ready with his boys in the library at Pylewell House, Hampshire. The beers had been opened as they made their last-minute preparations to the venue, placing signs in the correct places and setting up record players. Everything was beautifully coming together and the last thing on the agenda was for Nanda to walk down the aisle of the third and final time.

Fernanda followed her two bridesmaids from the grand Pylewell House to the beautiful outside ceremony arm in arm with her parents. The spacious and spectacular New Forest surroundings made for the most stunning ceremony set up – which was beautifully canopied and overlooked the Hampshire coastline. George and Fernanda’s friend performed the most beautiful and personal ceremony, exquisitely storytelling the couples’ adventures thus far and blessing the couple into their married life together (all of which you can hear throughout their wedding film produced by Ground Films above.) The couple also performed their own intimate vows to one another, professing their love to one another and committing their lives to bettering themselves with each other by their sides, before the ceremony finished with the whole wedding party singing “Everlasting Love”

The couple then enjoyed celebratory drinks with their friends and family in the stunning green grounds of Pylewell House, New Forest before going into the beautiful reception room for dinner and speeches. The tranquil green and white florals, forest green candles and delicate stationary made the whole space look truly magical. Nanda and George, and Georges best men performed speeches, all paying homage to their incredible and fulfilled adventures together – all of which you can hear about in their wedding film above.

After dinner the couple had a vinyl hour while coffee, tea and their favourite biscuits were served. It was such a great and personal idea, being a pastime that the couple love to enjoy together. They invited their guests to request vinyls, and everyone just chilled out before getting ready to party into the night... of which this couple definitely did, kick starting their evening with an epic first dance.
