Gina and Jamie met in a whirlwind. After just two dates Jamie went travelling to Australia for 6 months. Although this pair were quite literally the other sides of the world from each other they continued to speak every day, building, and developing their relationship so that when Jamie returned home, the couple found themselves living with each other, conquering the isolating lockdown as a pair. When eventually the pandemic calmed down, Jamie suggested the pair go on a spa weekend away where he then popped the question to Gina, who eagerly was already planning their big day in her head from the moment she said yes.
Now the day was here where Gina married her handsome groom at Froyle Park, a beautiful Jacobean Manor House set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. Gina got ready for her big day with her mum and her best friends by her side. She was pampered as she had her makeup done, and her hair beautifully crafted into a stunning low bun that was embellished with a pearl hair piece. Her soft glam makeup went effortlessly with her off the shoulder a line dress with lace appliques - she looked the picture of beauty. West Sussex wedding videographers were there to capture it all.
Although the weather was a concern during the morning, it miraculously turned around for Gina and Jamie’s stunning outdoor ceremony which was backdropped by the endless baaing sheep and the gorgeous variations of green fields. The ceremony looked beautiful with the pergola covered in gorgeous florals. A proud crowd of faces looked back towards Gina as she made the long walk through Froyle Parks grounds to the stunning and intimate outdoor ceremony. Ground Films captured Gina arm in arm with her father and her beautiful bridesmaids make this trip whilst accompanied by the fairy-tale score of the harp. During the ceremony Jamie’s uncle and Gina’s family friends performed readings, that beautifully encapsulated this couples love towards each other, and left not a dry eye in the audience. Ground Films then captured the all-important vows and the exchanging of rings before the couple exited hand in hand as they were showered in confetti.
The couple then enjoyed drinks and canapes with their friends and family in the now blazing sun. Everyone was enjoying the stunning outside space, whilst they caught up on the previous year’s antics, making up for lost time, before it was time for everyone to head inside for the speeches and wedding breakfast. Wedding Videographers, Ground Films made sure to capture all the special and precious details that Gina had so tirelessly thought of throughout the wedding reception. It looked truly spectacular with the endless flowers, the sophisticated stationery and menus, the impressive cake, and the traditional almond biscuits that were so lovingly displayed.
Gina’s father started the speeches beautifully, recounting stories of Gina’s childhood and expressing how proud he was of her. Jamie’s two best men told less tear-jerking stories of Jamie’s childhood but instead told entertaining stories of Jamie’s lack of culinary skills. The speeches ended with Jamie telling the story of how him and Gina met and their adventures together so far, before announcing to all their friends and family that they are having a baby boy later this year! It was the most incredible news to share at such an incredible occasion and Sussex Wedding Videographers, Ground Films were so privileged to capture this moment.
After a lovely roast dinner, Wedding Videographers, Ground Films were able to capture some stunning shots of the newlyweds in the fields. Just as we got there the sun popped out whilst it lightly rained creating the most fairy-tale footage which you can see in their wedding film above. The pair then headed in to dance the night away and make many more incredible memories with one another and their friends and families.
