Tell us about where and when you first both first met and What were your first impressions of each other when you first met?
We met at our best friends wedding. Ana was my maid of honour and one of Felix’s best friends for well over a decade and Ben was Felix’s best man. Ana always had us down as perfect for each other and used her wedding as the perfect place to set us up 5 years ago. My first impression was that he was gorgeous charming and very cheeky and Felix’s ‘simply spectacular’.
Tell us about who proposed to who and where did it happen?
Felix Proposed to me – it was one of the most magical days of my life. He did so via an advent calendar over Christmas we I had a gift and surprise for every day of advent. Day 16 was ‘a winters walk’ I will never forget where he got down on one knee at the top of Richmond Hill at sunset. I screamed liked a mental person and ran away in fits of happiness like an excited puppy! A few friends and family were waiting in the pub to surprise me!
Give us three words each to describe each other and what they mean to you?
Groom: Passionate, Sexy, Loving - Hannah means everything to me, she makes me a better person in every way and I would do anything in the world to protect her and make her happy - she’s my partner in crime!Â
Bride: Kind, fun, perfect - ‘my world, best friend and soulmate - as long as he’s by my side I can get over and accomplish anything’Â
How did you find and choose your Destination wedding venue in Marbella, Spain?
Through one of my mum’s friends. I am a Marbella girl at heart and we both love the sunshine – no brainer.
Tell us about your wedding dress; the designer, how long it took you to find the one?
I tried over 40 dresses. It was the only one I put on an instantly starting dancing around and lit up in! Designer was Maggie Sottero from Paverly Bridal in Wimbledon London. A big thank you to my Godparents Mary and Steve for their generosity.

Navy suits with pink socks and ties which they were delighted with and looked absolutely smashing! 📷

A few more than we would have liked but what wedding goes perfectly to plan!

We had two bible readings during the ceremony. Both that had beautiful words of love and being in the perfect relationship read by David Taylor and Steve McCahery fathers of the bride and Groom.

The catholic wedding ceremony itself – It was just perfect!
Was there any funny moments that you will always remember about your destination wedding in Spain?
There were a few - One of Felix’s ushers rugby tackling another (which we have on film) was very funny. My mum losing her sh*t as everyone was watching the Football rather than her tango! Me being ever so slightly drunk and being nervous I was unable to do the first dance. We popped behind the bushes to give it a twirl and I nearly fell over twice. Felix managed to persuade me and we absolutely smashed it!
Why did you choose us, Ground Films, to film your destination wedding in Spain and what did you think of your experience being filmed by Destination Wedding Videographers?
After months of research I knew the second I saw the first clip on Instagram that you guys were the ones. You were an absolute pleasure to work with!
Any advice for future wedding couples thinking about having their special day filmed by Destination Wedding Videographers, Ground Films?
Enjoy the lead up to the wedding and savour every moment. Try and speak to the people you love most and make sure you don’t let the little things stress you out if everything doesn’t go to plan! Most importantly, this will be the best day of your life so enjoy every second!Â
